Delivery by Courier

 

For larger items such as furniture we use Allied Express Couriers. Please note that these items can only be shipped within Australia.

Shipping Charges

Rates for courier delivery vary from area to area and therefore we can not give you an accurate shipping quote online. Please contact us or place your order and we will call you the following business day with a fixed quote for delivery. We will not process your payment until we have agreed on the shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Unfortunately the couriers can not give a time of day that your goods will be delivered. Every effort is made to have the goods delivered on a certain day however we can not guarantee this. Please note that this is a standard practice for courier companies and to deliver your goods at a certain date and time would more than triple the delivery costs.

Extra Delivery Costs

If there is no one at the delivery address to accept the order there may be a re-delivery charge. The courier will leave a calling card to organise another delivery time. Note that if you change the delivery address after the goods have left our warehouse an extra delivery charge will apply. If possible, using a business address is preferable.

Picking up or using your own courier service

If you would like to organise your own courier service or pick the items up yourself, please let us know and we will have the order addressed and ready for pick-up. Most items are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse however Bloom branded items are dispatched from Melbourne.

Please note: We do not ship Furniture items outside of Australia.
