The Olababy Steam Bowl is designed to steam vegetable.  Steaming vegetable allows the rich nutrients to be retained for a child's healthy diet, when compared to boiling.

Olababy Steam Bowl is made fromBPA-free, food-grade silicone that acts as both a steamer and serving bowl, combined into one. 

When steaming fruit and vegetables, simply fill Steam Bowl with chopped vegetable  or fruit, then place into a saucepan with Steam Bowl feet extended with a shallow pool of water and cover. Within minutes, nutrient-rich baby food is prepared and ready to eat. 

When finish steaming, remove from sauce pan, fold Steam Bowl feet and serve directly from Steam Bowl
