We are currently on a short break. All orders will be dispatched from 5 Jan 26 (allow extra days). No Click & Collect during our break.

FREE UPGRADE to Express Shipping for order over $100. Aus address only. M rug will be sent with Express Post. L Rug with StarTrack/Couriers Please (valid from 12.12 until 19.12.25)

We will be dispatching until Friday 19 December. Please order by midday Friday 19 December. For best chance of delivery by Christmas, please refer to cut off time below.

We send our parcel with Australia Post (other than L & XL ivi Rugs - please see below)

Please refer to Australia Post guide for best chance of delivery by Christmas. Express Post option is available at checkout.

ivi Rugs

Medium ivi Rugs are available to send with Express Post for Metro area. This option should appear at checkout for Metro address. If you can't see Express Post option for Medium Rug, feel free to get in touch with us and we can get a quote for you. 

L & XL ivi Rugs are too large for Australia Post & will be sent with courier only (currently: StarTrack Road Express). Please refer here for cut off time

Please note that shipping information cut-off dates are supplied by carriers and actual transit time is beyond our control. Non-metro address please allow additional days. We dispatch order within same/next business day (+1 for ivi Rugs).

For best chance of delivery by Christmas, please place your order as early as possible. 

Click & Collect is available from Caringbah warehouse. Last collection date is midday Friday 19 December 2025. Collection is Monday - Friday 9am -2.30pm

We will have a short break from 20 December and reopen on 5th of January.
