UrbanBaby currently provides Free Shipping for Australia Metro Address by Receipted Post/Sendle when you spend $199 or more on products.
Delivery outside metro address will be calculated at checkout.

Express Post within Australia
Australia Post Express Post is available for orders (excluding furniture & Bulky Items). Please check that you are in Express Post network area.
If you are not in Australia Post Express Post network, your parcel will not be delivered the next business day, but with the fastest transport method available.
Bulky Items
Unfortunately due to the size/weight, some items do not qualify for free shipping. IVI Rugs are considered Bulky Items.
Delivery to rural/remote areas may not be available for XL Rugs. If you are unable to check out, please contact us and we will try finding a courier that delivers to your address.
L & XL Rugs are sent by couriers as they are too large for Australia Post & will require physical delivery address (No PO Box).
When will my order be dispatched?
We send parcels with Australia Post & Sendle. Place your order before midday AEST Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday) and we will dispatch that day. Australia Post collection is in the afternoon, Sendle is the following morning.
IVI Rugs are sent with courier (usually Couriers Please, Aramex or Startrack). Order placed before midday Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and will be picked up by the courier the following business day.
If you have an urgent delivery please call our office on 02 9526 6188 as we will always do our best to expedite your order.
Shipping during Sale period
We may require extra few days to dispatch your order during our sale period.
Click & Collect
Are you local? Choose to collect your order from Urban Baby (in Caringbah NSW). Our current collection time is 9.15 am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
Your can choose this option at the checkout process.
We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Our pick up address is Warehouse 11, 20 Meta Street Caringbah NSW 2229.
Oeuf furniture are not available for Click & Collect.
International Orders
Please note that we do not ship furniture outside of Australia in agreeance with our suppliers.
To estimate how much something will cost just add your items to the Basket and proceed through the checkout to the Shipping and Dispatch. You will be given the costs and you can decide to proceed or abandon.
N.B. All international shipping excludes any applicable taxes or duties upon arrival.
Your shipping costs are calculated at the check out. With the exception of Oeuf, you can proceed to the Checkout/Shopping Basket page to select your shipping preference & to confirm postage costs, before confirming your order.
If there are any unforeseen delays in dispatching your order UrbanBaby will notify you ASAP.
Order Tracking
Receipted or Express Post - When we dispatch your order from our warehouse you will receive progress emails from Australia Post eParcel or Sendle with tracking information & up-to-date progress reports of your parcel delivery. However if you should have any concerns about the delivery please get in touch.
Courier - L and XL IVI Rugs are sent with Couriers. You will receive an automatic notification with the tracking details. Medium IVI Rugs are either sent with Couriers or Australia Post.

Incorrect Address/Parcel not Picked up and returned
Please ensure that address on your order is correct as we are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect address.
When parcels are not picked up in time and returned to us, we will pass on the fee charged by carrier to return the parcels to us and also to resend. Please ensure that parcels that are available for collection at Post Office/designated pick up location is picked up in timely manner so that they are not returned to us.
