Refund policy

UrbanBaby understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully provide you with a refund.

How to refund your products:
1. Let us know via email first. Simply reply to your confirmation what you would like to return, and we will email you your Return Authorisation Number, instructions and address.
2. Return your purchase within 21 days of purchase date.
3. Return in perfect condition, unused with all packaging nice and intact.
4. Return at your own expense and packaged up well (we recommend tracking/signature too).
5. Upon inspection that products are fit for return, refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Exceptions: Custom made/special order/personal care/medical/pacifiers/final sale items can not be returned. Oeuf & Furniture purchase is final (NO returns on Oeuf, furniture).

If upon receipt, item is deemed to be not fit for return, cost of resending item will be passed on to customer.
